About the Platform
Data Sources
All data circulating on our platform is public domain, obtained directly from government sources (Brazilian Federal Revenue, Simples Nacional, Taxpayers Registry, SUFRAMA, etc.). CNPJá acts as an intermediary, organizing and consolidating this information to simplify your access.
Monetization and Access
The service is monetized through the acquisition, processing, and intelligence applied to public data. Our goal is to offer affordable and fair plans for businesses of all sizes as well as for individuals who need easy access to CNPJ queries.
- The service is hired via subscriptions (monthly or yearly), which provide credits and usage limits tailored to each plan.
- The subscriptions are detailed in this document, covering the Free Plan, Monthly Plans, and Annual Plans.
Subscriptions
General Operation
- Monthly Credits: When you subscribe to a plan, you receive a monthly credit refill. These credits are used for real-time queries, which fetch information directly from the public database of the consulted agency.
- Per-Minute Usage Limits: Each plan defines how many queries (real-time or cache) you can perform per minute.
- Credit Rollover: Any unused credits at the end of the cycle are rolled over to the following month, as long as the subscription remains active. There is a rollover cap of 1 monthly refill of your plan.
- Cancel Anytime: You can end your subscription at any time without penalties or additional fees. However, if the subscription is not renewed, any remaining credits expire at the end of the last paid cycle.
- Multiple Subscriptions: If you need more credits or a higher limit for a specific period, you can subscribe to a second complementary plan. The credits and limits add up between the active plans. After this occasional use, you can cancel the complementary plan so you are not charged again.
Free Plan
When you register on our platform, you automatically receive a free plan subscription, allowing you to start your queries at no cost.
- Credits: 50 ₪ per month
- Usage Limit: 10 queries per minute
- Price: R$ 0.00 per month
This plan is ideal for those who want to test the service before choosing more robust plans or for users with occasional, low-volume needs.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans offer a credit refill and different per-minute usage limits. They are ideal for those looking for payment flexibility without committing to an annual plan.

- You can have more than one subscription simultaneously. Each subscription operates independently, with its own billing and refill dates.
- When you cancel any monthly subscription, you keep access to the credits until the end of the already paid cycle, and they expire at the end of that period.
Annual Plans
For those who want to save money and maintain a stable query volume throughout the year, we offer annual plans with a 10% discount compared to monthly rates.

- Annual Renewal: After 12 months, you can choose to renew your plan or end the subscription.
- Renewals paid by credit card (PayPal) are automatic, while for PIX and bank slip payments, we will send a new invoice before the end of the period.
Credits
Credits are a form of virtual currency that represent the computational resources needed to obtain the requested information. Every time you make an Online query (obtaining data directly from the original sources), there is a credit consumption. On the other hand, if the query is made via Cache (data previously collected and stored by CNPJá), no credits are consumed.
Consumption Mechanism
- Online Query: Triggers real-time retrieval from government sources, and thus consumes credits based on the complexity and number of sources consulted.
- Cache Query: Uses data we have already stored. The credit cost is zero, but the data may not reflect recent changes, as it depends on the last update performed by our system.
Cost Table
Below is a list of the main queries and their credit cost. If a query is made via Cache (when supported), the cost is 0 (zero). For Online queries, the corresponding value applies:

Refill and Rollover
- Credit Renewal: When you subscribe to a plan, you receive a set number of credits each month (or per year, in annual plans).
- Rollover: Unused credits can roll over to the following month, up to the limit of 1 monthly refill of your plan.
- Simultaneous Queries: If you query more than one source at the same time (for example, Federal Revenue and Simples Nacional), the credit consumption is the sum for each source (2 credits in this example).
Important Tips
- Watch Your Balance: If you run out of credits, Online queries cannot be processed until you acquire more credits or subscribe to a new complementary plan.
- Intelligent Cache: Whenever possible, use cache queries to save credits, especially if you do not need real-time updated data.
- Usage Monitoring: You can track your credit consumption and per-minute rate at Usage .
Usage Limit
In addition to credits, each plan has a per-minute query limit. This limit acts as a frequency control of requests to the platform within a 60-second window.
- For manual usage (via web dashboard), the limit generally does not pose a major impact, as queries are made occasionally.
- For bulk usage, such as integrations via API or Excel add-in, it is essential to observe this limit to avoid temporary blocks (error code 429 on the API or “Insufficient Balance” message on the web dashboard).
- Different Plans, Different Limits: Each plan has its specific queries/min rate, ranging from 10 queries/min (free plan) up to 480 queries/min (VIP plans). For the exact limit, refer to the table above.
- Sum of Subscriptions: If you choose to keep more than one active subscription, the per-minute limit adds up across them, allowing a higher query volume in the same period.
Payment Methods
PIX
- Speed and Convenience: A QR Code is generated for payment as soon as you complete the subscription.
- The subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
- Ten days before the due date, we will send you a new QR Code by email for renewal.
Credit Card
- Transactions are handled via PayPal, in a secure environment.
- CNPJá does not store sensitive card information.
- Recurring charges are processed automatically each cycle (monthly or yearly).
Bank Slip (Boleto)
- An activation slip (boleto) will be generated after the hiring process, using the provided billing address.
- Clearing Time: up to 24 business hours. After the payment is confirmed, the plan is activated.
- We will send a renewal slip 14 days before the end of each cycle.
Bank Transfer
- Available only for VIP plans with annual payment.
- Prior contact with support is required to enable this payment option.
- Banking details are provided during support, and the subscription is activated upon receipt confirmation.
Cancellation and Renewal
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties.
- Cancellation stops the automatic renewal for the following cycle.
- You keep the current credits until the end of the already paid period; after that, the credits expire.
Renewal
- For payments via credit card (PayPal), renewal is automatic on the due date.
- For payments via PIX or bank slip, we will send a new invoice 10 to 14 days before the end of the cycle.
- If you do not wish to renew, simply ignore the invoice (PIX/slip) or cancel the subscription in your panel (PayPal).
Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only within 7 days for new subscriptions, if you are dissatisfied with the service.
- After this period, all transactions are considered final.
